Wilcox Strategy Group was founded by Ryan Wilcox, a business development executive who builds what he recommends. The firm pairs two disciplines that rarely live in one place: hands on AI deployment, and classic operations and leadership consulting.

Those two sit together for a practical reason. Most AI advice fails not because the technology is wrong but because the operation around it was never designed to absorb it. Deciding what to deploy and deciding how a team will actually work afterwards are the same job.

Tina Wilcox is the firm’s creative director, and Ryan’s wife. His half of the work is deciding what a thing should do. Hers is deciding what it should be: a keen eye for detail and an instinct for how something ought to look and feel, applied to everything the firm puts its name on, this page included.

Donna, the executive assistant at the center of the agent team, supports them both. She is the plainest illustration of what this firm sells: not a demonstration built for a pitch, but the desk that actually runs two working businesses.
